The day I met Conrad for the first time, I must admit I was a bit uncertain.

We were supposed to be having a pre-interview but the second we sat down, he was the one interviewing me! Question after question about podcasting and its viability in the Jamaican market. Who the heck was this dude?

One thing about Conrad was clear from the start: his scientific mind. He understands his craft on a deeply strategic as well as tactical level.

We both have a passion for sharing our knowledge freely and helping others with everything we have. That’s led to multiple hour-long strategy sessions and collaborations in the few months I’ve known him.

Conrad Mathison (@conradmathison) is the CEO of It’s Pixel Perfect, a digital marketing agency here in Kingston, Jamaica. He has done branding, social media and multiple campaigns for many of the top businesses in Jamaica and has recently walked away with the Prime Minister’s Youth Award for Entrepreneurship.

In this episode you will learn:

  • Why is life bigger than success
  • How do you rally after hugely unfortunate losses
  • What you need to strip away to achieve growth
  • And so much more!
