This week I’m bringing you another inspiring guest: Ray-St. Michael Williams (@raystmichael). I’ve known him for several years now, he was my lecturer and tutor in University, the University of Technology in Jamaica. But most of the things we talk about on this episode, I heard for the first time.

Ray-St. Michael is the founder and CEO of two companies: Discovery Technologies and Y Smart Data both centered around his passion for data and analytics. He has done a lot of impactful work in Jamaica in the almost 10 years his company has been around, and I’m really excited for the vision he shared for Jamaica in the next 10 years.

In this episode we talk about:

  • The top 3 values every entrepreneur should have
  • How to build an autonomous team that can take your company to new heights
  • The power of leveraging data to create a massive edge in your business
  • And so much more!
